Digital Acquisition & Growth Manager

In this role you will:
  • PPC & Paid Acquisition: Design and scale a high-impact PPC strategy across Google (Search & Performance Max), Meta, and LinkedIn to drive consistent lead acquisition within set budgets and clear volume targets.
  • Performance Remarketing: Remarketing campaigns across multiple channels and media formats that keep our brand top-of-mind and transform warm audience engagement into measurable revenue.
  • SEO & AI Search Evolution: Go beyond the basics. You will strategize digital acquisition by merging traditional Technical/Content SEO with emerging AIO/LLMO tactics (GEO), ensuring content visibility on both legacy search and the AI-driven web.
  • Technical Infrastructure: Ensure our WP-based sites are technically flawless by managing GTM deployments, GA4 event tracking, and cookie implementation to maintain data integrity.
  • Conversion Optimization (CRO): Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Optimize to analyze user behavior and execute A/B tests. Work with our designer and copywriter to optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
  • Data & Analytics: Build and maintain clear, actionable Looker Studio dashboards that pull from HubSpot and our ad platforms to tell the story of our growth, keeping the team aligned on KPIs and ROI.
  • European Growth: Drive our European growth by partnering with our local teams. Translate our message into results across German, Polish, and Spanish-speaking markets, with more European expansion planned.
We’re looking for a person who has:
  • Senior Ownership: This is a senior role for a self-sufficient professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital growth.
  • Technical Grit: Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and the technical side of WordPress. You aren't afraid of a tracking pixel, a GTM container, or a script.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: You are already experimenting with how LLMs find information and know how to optimize content for the next era of search (GEO/AIO).
  • Strategic Autonomy: You can take a high-level growth target and turn it into a granular, multi-channel execution plan without needing a roadmap provided for you.
Some nice-to-have skills:
  • Proficiency in Russian, German, Polish, Spanish, or other European languages is a strong advantage for our regional expansion.
  •  A background in B2B Tech or the Telco industry is a plus, though not required
