Jr Product Analytics Specialist - Voicebot

In this role you will:
We are looking for a hands-on Junior Product Analytics Specialist  for our Voicebot project to ensure that our live voicebots not only work technically, but also deliver on their business goals. 

You’ll actively work with products already in production, analyze their real-world performance, and turn insights into concrete improvements. Your success will be measured by KPIs. 
Expect to work with imperfect, real-life data and make practical, data-informed decisions that drive measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate the performance of launched voicebot scenarios and track key KPIs (conversion, call duration, task completion, escalation rate).
  • Map user journeys and identify where interactions drop or fail to reach goals.
  • Work directly with live data: reports, dashboards, call logs, recordings, and transcripts.
  • Detect issues in dialogue flow, logic, or wording and propose actionable fixes.
  • Collaborate with conversational designers and developers to implement and test improvements.
  • Run and assess A/B tests and staged rollouts to validate changes.
  • Support both POC and production projects, ensuring that each meets its KPI commitments.
We’re looking for a person who has:

  • Experience in product analytics, product management, growth, CX, or performance-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, funnels, conversion metrics, and user journeys
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to work with data and make practical conclusions (not just reports)
  • Hands-on mindset: identify issues → propose changes → follow through to implementation
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams

Some nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with voicebots, chatbots, or contact center automation
  • Basic understanding of conversational logic (intents, flows, fallback handling)
  • Experience working with call recordings or conversation transcripts
